Went to the Stratford theatre on Saturday to see Don Quixote de la Manche, He was on a sort of donkey.

I have good news, last night I got to move the balance powering it to 60,000 volts, the problem is that the dielectric glass was drilled, I have taken every step within my power to remove the ionic wind, all electrical conductors are hoses silicone high voltage, and are arranged under PVC pipe, capacitors are dipped in paraffin successive layers, it is curious that the effect of thrust only manifested in the critical point of the capacitor dielectric breakdown. regards

Excellent,

Your quest should be to move Don Quixote around upon his metal donkey free of gravity.

EUREKAAAAAA
I've finally gotten if he realizes stops generating thrust when external insulation paraffin breaks and starts to play the "sssssssssssss" of followed by a discharge arc ion wind, so the thrust can not be wind ion, this is Biefeld-BROWN EFFECT
