Gravitational waves generator and receiver

I am convinced that the electric potential auto show some rocks are the result of induction of gravity waves on the matter, the rocks act as copper coils close to an oscillating magnetic field.

If the material of which are made of dielectric that is charged and discharged at a high potential, ie, an electric power is pumped, they are able to change the flow rate of the etheric possibly the effect is reversible.

I think I have the need to open experiences in this material.
