Love leeks, thanks for the recipe and suggestions guys!

Rough day yesterday, had not been meditating or taking the hemp oil as the new 10ml silver I bought from BB had a taste of solvent. During my break yesterday I managed to come home, take some oil and get into a hot soak and off and on again meditation. I was still not feeling great after the ride to work, sitting seems to bother this much like it seems to trigger my nerve damage. Regardless, the oil kicked in not too long after I was at work and all was smooth sailing afterwards, it was as if I was not feeling it at all much less experiencing pain. I am sure the relaxation and soak helped too but the oil carried the day yesterday.

Now I need to buy a nice supply of the epsom salts and really try and buckle down on meditating regularly. I would like to see where I am at after continuous daily meditation and this 10ml bottle of 1500mg cbd.

Well a little over two weeks since my last post in this thread, I have not taken the hemp oil in about four or five of those days. Pain is pretty much gone, when it happens which is not often at all, I am assuming it is a healing pain. I am thinking I am very much on top of whatever it was that was wrong with me, yesterday I pulled 10 hours working outside and inside. I did a truck load of manure for the garden, cut some grass, did some digging and managed to do some cleaning inside. Quite frankly, I am not sure I could have done this two weeks ago, I am thinking I have almost healed myself.

Again, glad you're feeling better and let's not forget all the deep "body oxygenation" you're also doing with your breathing routine !

Btw, ever heard of Moringa ?

.

I had never heard about Moringa Oleifera.

Now that I have, and that I’ve looked it up, am so impressed that I rate it alongside Hemp CBD Oil as another - mostly unknown - Natural Wonder with equally powerful and – one could say - overall health benefits !

It is a fast-growing, drought-resistant tree AKA “drumstick tree”.

Thing is,

Its leaves provide 11 Vitamins, more than 70 Trace Minerals, 19 Amino Acids, 41 Antioxidants, 36 Anti-inflammatories, 17 Fatty acids with omega 3,6,9, and

Ounce for ounce,
Moringa contains 7 times the vitamin C found in oranges, 4 times the vitamin A in carrots, 3 times the vitamin E in spinach, 4 times the calcium in milk, and 3 times the potassium in bananas !

Amazed ? You should, check these Moringa’s numbers of Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids :

What about now getting from Amazed to Flabbergasted ?
If, that is, you believe that increasing your antioxidant intake can slow down the aging process, boost your immune system and reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, arthritis and many other diseases (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-radic ... y_of_aging), then be aware

moringa-powder-orac-value.jpg

that Moringa Oleifera seems to possess the highest ORAC value of any known food, outperforming antioxidant-packed superfood champions like Garlic ( ! ) and Blueberries ! (for the ignorant like me, ORAC stands for “Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity” which is a “test” designed to measure total antioxidant capacity of a given food).

So, on one hand, Moringa Oleifera is a nutrient powerhouse and, on the other, the most powerful natural antioxidant yet known.

Maybe that’s why some call it “The Miracle Tree”, given its many medicinal uses. Or, more commonly, “a supermarket on a tree”.

So, should one be Amazed and Flabbergasted ?

I was.
Take time to read information from the following general links and to also check some of the sampled scientific studies (from many available) done on this Miracle Tree.

Then, you tell me.

That is one cool freaking tree Luis, what a great post. Now I am considering container gardening them and seeing if can keep them alive in the winter time. I already know I can get organic seeds from horizon herbs, thinking 5 gallon smart pots.
1) BIOMASA has discovered that moringa leaf extract contains a plant growth hormone. Fuglie writes, "Juice from fresh moringa leaves can be used to produce an effective [spray containing] plant growth hormone, increasing yields by 25-30% for nearly any crop: onions, bell pepper, soya, maize, sorghum, coffee, tea, chili, melon. . . .One of the active substances is Zeatin: a plant hormone from the cytokinins group. This foliar spray should be used in addition to (and not in lieu of) other fertilizers, watering and sound agricultural practices.

"In one trial, use of this hormone [spray] increased maize yields from 60 to 130 sacks per hectare. Using this hormone [spray], BIOMASA was able to grow coffee at 30 meters altitude. Coffee, shaded with Jatropha curcas, produced beans in just 17 months."

Always look forward to your posts, thanks Luis.

Good show Soloman, hope you grow lots of them on your farm .... and, who knows, maybe start a business selling its leaves in bulk as medicine oriented or just for fertilizing spray !! Btw, I missed that important "hormone" angle so many thanks for having dug it up.

And Hobbit ?
Very interesting link, and what a claimer ! will you not post it inside the Cancer thread ? it sure should be mentioned there for future use and knowledge

Graviola rings a bell somewhere with me, but don't remember why or about what.
I'll be checking this tree and its fruit, so thanks from me.

Yes Kevin, it would be nice to have a massive garden and be in the right climate zone for these trees, thank you for the link. Graviola is an interesting tree too, I would love to be able to include it certain elixirs I might make. One day, perhaps.

Have some moringa seed on the way, I do not see a commercial enterprise in them Luis, however I do see the healing as well as fertilizer benefits coming into play in any potential medicine I make. From little research thus far put into it, the fertilizer is foliar and nothing more than diluted tea. Seems real easy to control the amount of fertilizer then, looking at a brass mister for this. I imagine that I will use distilled (need to buy a good setup - any suggestions here is welcome) spring water combined with the moringa to make the tea.
