I am going to jump in here kevin. I do not believe Jeeves will answer with any amount of detail so I will say this much.

Yes, Jeeves is most qualified to give his/her view as posted. Perhaps a tad exaggerated but qualified none-the-less.

He/she may give more details if they so choose. I only wish to help with an answer in an expeditious manner.

I have a really lovely friend who has recently had the child of a world famous actor.
She has great reservations about Him due to Him taking on the personality of whatever charector He is playing, and He does evil really well.
These secret agents must be similer to actors, nes pas?

But I really do think that all the "secret agents" and similar "black ops" stuff regarding these proceedings here is (ahem) extremely overrated. More like simple people doing their best or their worst at grasping what eludes everyone.
